DELIVERY IN NZ
Nationwide orders over $59 are delivered free of charge
You can calculate the shipping charges in shopping cart. Please note the shipping rates change as more items are added to the cart.
Orders are sent Monday to Friday.
Saturday delivery is not available as its too expensive (an extra $6) so Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.
We send on the same day the order is placed provided orders are received before 3pm. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday.
Parcels are shipped “signature not required” so the package will be left in your letterbox or front door to save you going to pick it up at the depot. If this is not acceptable please say so in the comments section of the shopping cart.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot courier to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
The void filling in our web orders is made from popped starch. Manufactured in New Zealand, 100% biodegradable and compostable, protecting our products and the planet.

RETURNS POLICY
We know buying chocolate online is risky and appreciate that when you buy chocolate online, you are putting your trust in us.
We endeavour to get your chocolate to you in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with your experience in any way please contact us and allow us to remedy the situation. If your chocolate is damaged or faulty we will remedy by store credit or refund up to 10 days after your purchase.

Due to the way international couriers price their services, there is basically a fixed charge up to 1kg (which is about 10 bars), this means that freight cost for 5 bars is going to be the same as 10 bars. Therefore, if ordering from overseas, its best if you can order more than 10 bars, this will reduce the additional cost of freight per bar.
